If you’re new to the Anjuna cookbook please allow me to welcome you to the creative curator that is Andrew Bayer.

Bayer’s visually fabrications of electronic/dance music have subtle strings of the classical trained. The same regard held for electronic pioneer BT and executive ‘chefs’ Above & Beyond. Reminiscing back to Bayer’s debut albums (It’s Artificial,If It Were You We’d Never Leave) it’s clear to see why his works are graded A+ in the Anjuna kitchen and why he’s a local favorite at the Anjunadeep bar. Bayer has a natural ability to preserve an instrumental minimalist style with splashes of evolving electronic steams and haunting vocals. Anamnesis and Do Androids Dream? EPs are the cliff notes to the quality that Bayer brings to the table. But don’t just take my word for it…
